At Benefit Management we are working to make information regarding your health benefits easier to access. This includes making information, such as claims usage & status, more readily available. Coming soon will be the ability to have most of your questions answered with a just a few clicks of your mouse button.
Some of the things included in this service will be: the ability to view claims status, link to provider networks, research a specific procedure code or diagnosis, or even email our customer service department.
Employers will have the ability to enroll new members online, view various benefit plan reports, schedule these reports, have these reports automatically emailed to them and much more.
Providers will be able to check member eligibility online and get a more detailed breakdown of benefits.
